The LQ080V3DG01 is a color active matrix transmissive LCD module. The LQ080V3DG01 is composed of a color TFT-LCD planel, driver ICs, control circuits and power supply circuitry and a backlight unit. Graphics and texts can be displayed on a 640×RGB×480 dots panel with 262144 colors by feeding 18 bit data signal, 4 timing signals, +3.3V or +5V DC power supply for TFT-LCD and AC power supply for backlight.
